Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding home security systems with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to security equipment and alarm services.
  • Provide accurate information about service plans, billing, and account updates.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently on the first contact.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical support tier as required.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and data privacy protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college.
  • Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal).
  • Basic computer navigation and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service setting is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
