Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting for home security systems and hardware.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns on the first call.
- Identify upselling opportunities for additional security products or services.
- Adhere to security protocols and data privacy guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and leads to improve service delivery processes.
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate/graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with web-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Previous BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
