Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and accurate support to banking customers via phone and digital channels.
- Resolve complex account inquiries, ranging from transaction disputes to general banking information.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, security, and compliance standards essential in the financial services sector.
- Process financial requests with high precision to maintain data integrity and client trust.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and escalate systemic issues to leadership.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Wells Fargo products, services, and current banking policies.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing proactive solutions to their banking needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, BPO, or banking environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity suites.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules to support our global clients.
