Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding banking products and account inquiries.

  • Educate customers on Wells Fargo digital banking tools, security features, and self-service capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within internal CRM systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer applications and banking software simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed by business operations.
  • Previous experience in financial services, BPO, or call center environments is highly preferred.
