Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding banking products and account inquiries.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues with accuracy and empathy while adhering to strict banking security protocols.
- Educate customers on Wells Fargo digital banking tools, security features, and self-service capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve high-priority financial concerns.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, customer satisfaction, and call efficiency.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal policy changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer applications and banking software simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed by business operations.
- Previous experience in financial services, BPO, or call center environments is highly preferred.
