Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional in‑house customer support for banking products and services.

- Collaborate with internal banking teams to identify process improvements.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or banking support is a plus.
