Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance policies and claims.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and the insurance department to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our internal CRM and insurance management systems.
- Educate policyholders on coverage details, payment options, and claims procedures.
- Adhere strictly to industry compliance standards, data privacy regulations, and internal quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and escalate complex issues to senior leadership when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy administration and renewal processes.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role is highly preferred (Insurance experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
