Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, provide accurate information, and explain complex terms simply.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to resolve escalated customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to meet sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through consistent service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelorβs degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Open to candidates with a Healthcare Customer Service background.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
