Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance KPIs.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Adhere to security and data privacy standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate/graduate in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
