  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate/graduate in any field.
