  • Handle inbound calls and correspondence from Mandarin-speaking customers in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and productivity

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin (ๆ™ฎ้€š่ฏ) and English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred but not required
