Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong command of English for internal reporting and team communications.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office/Google Workspace.
