You will play a vital role in administrative management, member inquiries, and retention by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist gym members with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Handle member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person walk-ins.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including membership registration and database updates.
  • Resolve member complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the service desk area.
  • Monitor member check-ins and provide support for class schedules or facility questions.
  • Process payments and handle basic financial record-keeping for membership accounts.
  • Collaborate with the gym team to promote special events or member loyalty programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a patience-first approach to conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive personality with a passion for the fitness industry.
