Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service issues
- Meet performance targets including call handling time and CSAT scores
- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
- Identify process improvement opportunities for service enhancement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in call center or customer service
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
- Basic English proficiency for international customer interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
