  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to improve service delivery processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system changes.

Kualifikasi
