- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while adhering to service standards
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
- Basic computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- No BPO experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
