Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, or account issues.
  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of service while meeting daily key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our database systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and workflows.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system tools.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to high school graduates (Senior High School) or college undergraduates; no prior BPO experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using web-based applications.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
