- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns by applying active listening and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to streamline service processes.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Represent the company brand with a helpful and positive attitude at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Open to high school graduates (Senior High School) and college undergraduates; no prior experience required.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must be able to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
