Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding non-life insurance policies, coverage, and premiums with empathy and professionalism.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation for policyholders.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity by accurately inputting and updating client information in our CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to strict industry compliance standards and internal quality assurance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest non-life insurance trends and policy changes to provide accurate guidance to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, or completion of at least 2 years in college.
  • Prior experience in customer service, specifically within the Insurance or BPO sector, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
