Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer cases using case management systems to track and resolve issues
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a non-voice environment
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
