Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and web-based messaging platforms.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system with precision.
  • Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues following established standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Adhere to data privacy policies and quality assurance guidelines during every interaction.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in daily briefings and training sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Strong written English communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and typing at a comfortable speed.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workflow priorities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong sense of customer empathy.
  • Willingness to work in Taguig City and adapt to shifting schedules as required.
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
