Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and web-based messaging platforms.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system with precision.
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues following established standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Adhere to data privacy policies and quality assurance guidelines during every interaction.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in daily briefings and training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
- Strong written English communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and typing at a comfortable speed.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workflow priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong sense of customer empathy.
- Willingness to work in Taguig City and adapt to shifting schedules as required.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
