Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding online magazine subscriptions and account access.
- Resolve customer billing, payment, and account status concerns with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and professional support.
- Navigate multiple internal software systems to update customer records and process subscription changes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere to security and data privacy protocols to protect subscriber information.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a High School Graduate (Senior High School diploma) or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Fresh graduates and individuals with no prior BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to undergo intensive training.
