Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding online magazine subscriptions and account access.
  • Resolve customer billing, payment, and account status concerns with accuracy and empathy.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and professional support.
  • Navigate multiple internal software systems to update customer records and process subscription changes.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including productivity and quality standards.
  • Adhere to security and data privacy protocols to protect subscriber information.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be at least a High School Graduate (Senior High School diploma) or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Fresh graduates and individuals with no prior BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to undergo intensive training.
