  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding streaming account access, billing, and technical issues

  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in BPO/call center environment
