Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data privacy protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Senior High School (SHS) graduate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and office software.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working in an onsite office environment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
