Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the company database.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers and identify up-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores and resolution rate.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum). College graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Open to applicants with NO prior work experience. Fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Willing to work onsite at the Mall of Asia complex, Pasay City.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills are required.
