Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolutions to order-related queries.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or billing issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer account data and documentation within the ERP system.
  • Monitor order status reports to proactively communicate potential stock or delivery issues to stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order management workflows.
  • Uphold company service standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle difficult inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
