Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and common software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup and flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
