Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide accurate product and service information to guide customers through their queries.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and products.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work-from-home setting.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing speed of at least 30 wpm).
