Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for pet owners.
  • Troubleshoot inquiries regarding service plans, product delivery, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system to ensure seamless service.
  • Display empathy and patience when addressing concerns from pet owners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on service protocols to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or Senior High School graduate.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven customer service experience in a BPO setting is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine passion for pets and helping others.
