Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for pet owners.
- Troubleshoot inquiries regarding service plans, product delivery, and account management.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system to ensure seamless service.
- Display empathy and patience when addressing concerns from pet owners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate issues where necessary.
- Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on service protocols to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven customer service experience in a BPO setting is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A genuine passion for pets and helping others.
