Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service via phone, chat, and email channels.
- Analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate and efficient solutions.
- Document all customer interactions with precision in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and workflow processes.
- Contribute to the success of a pioneer account by meeting and exceeding performance KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure informed support.
- Participate in regular team huddles and coaching sessions to ensure continuous growth.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a BPO or customer service setting is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and navigating multiple software tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance pioneer environment.
