Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver world-class customer service via phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions with precision in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and workflow processes.
  • Contribute to the success of a pioneer account by meeting and exceeding performance KPIs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure informed support.
  • Participate in regular team huddles and coaching sessions to ensure continuous growth.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a BPO or customer service setting is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and navigating multiple software tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance pioneer environment.
