Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, handle time, and quality scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to deliver consistent information.
- Support the team during the successful rollout and stabilization phase of the pioneer account.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of College education (or Senior High School graduate).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and web-based applications.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
