Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, handle time, and quality scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to deliver consistent information.
  • Support the team during the successful rollout and stabilization phase of the pioneer account.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of College education (or Senior High School graduate).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
