We are opening slots for our Pioneer Collections Account, offering competitive compensation packages of up to 38K.

As a Collections Specialist, you will act as a bridge between the company and our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving account concerns, and delivering positive experiences even in challenging situations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage outbound and inbound collection calls in a professional, empathetic, and persuasive manner.
  • Analyze customer accounts to identify payment issues and provide viable financial solutions.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements that align with company policy while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the database according to compliance standards.
  • Resolve account disputes promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections and quality assurance.
  • Stay updated on program policies, product information, and industry best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting, preferably in a Collections or Financial Services account.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and database navigation.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
  • Must be able to work onsite at Northgate, Alabang.
