Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, chat, and email channels.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide accurate and efficient resolutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to refine processes for the new campaign.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet individual performance targets.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, software, and evolving campaign requirements.

Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (College undergraduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment.
- Must be willing to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome.
