Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers of a premium international account via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, billing, and account inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality Assurance scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Stay current with product knowledge, system updates, and company policies through continuous training.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years in college (Undergraduate or Associate Degree) OR possess equivalent relevant work experience in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role, preferably handling international accounts.
- Must be amenable to work onsite at our Nuvali, Santa Rosa, Laguna site.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications seamlessly.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and tools.
- Can start immediately or within 30 days of application.
