Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to customers of a premium international account via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, billing, and account inquiries.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system with high accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality Assurance scores.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and leaders to contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, system updates, and company policies through continuous training.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (Undergraduate or Associate Degree) OR possess equivalent relevant work experience in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role, preferably handling international accounts.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite at our Nuvali, Santa Rosa, Laguna site.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications seamlessly.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and tools.
  • Can start immediately or within 30 days of application.
