Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding cable services, billing inquiries, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately while maintaining a professional and positive tone.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer account information in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior support agents or supervisors.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs and quality standards.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about Premium Cable packages, promotions, and account features.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions according to company protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software systems quickly.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to solve problems.
