Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding cable services, billing inquiries, and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately while maintaining a professional and positive tone.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account information in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior support agents or supervisors.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs and quality standards.
- Provide clear and accurate information about Premium Cable packages, promotions, and account features.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions according to company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software systems quickly.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to solve problems.
