Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding property insurance policies, claims, and coverage details
- Assist customers in the claims process, guiding them through necessary documentation and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service skills through training
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
