  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding property insurance policies, claims, and coverage details
  • Assist customers in the claims process, guiding them through necessary documentation and procedures

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
