  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for our real estate and travel service lines.
  • Assist clients with bookings, property inquiries, and service-related concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our internal CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to meet or exceed daily performance targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in daily huddles and coaching sessions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
