Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for our real estate and travel service lines.
- Assist clients with bookings, property inquiries, and service-related concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our internal CRM systems.
- Resolve customer escalations efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet or exceed daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in daily huddles and coaching sessions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
