Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries regarding Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding account balances, plan features, and policy guidelines.
  • Navigate multiple internal databases efficiently to assist customers with their account management needs.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated customer concerns or complex account issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service consistently.
  • Stay updated on retirement industry regulations and company policy changes to provide relevant guidance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any field (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of patience.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and web navigation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a desire to learn about financial services.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
