Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support for satellite radio subscribers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues related to device activation, signal reception, and account management
- Process subscription upgrades, billing inquiries, and service modifications
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet performance targets for call quality and resolution times
- Continuously update knowledge on satellite radio features and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent command of English and Filipino (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic computer applications
- Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy
