Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, average handling time, and quality scores.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate (SHS) or equivalent; college graduates are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must be willing to work onsite at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
