Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish to clients across the United States
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding our e-learning platform and certification programs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps
- Process orders, payments, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 30 WPM
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
