Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish to clients across the United States
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding our e-learning platform and certification programs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps
  • Process orders, payments, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
