As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for subscribers, assisting them with account inquiries, troubleshooting streaming issues, billing concerns, and providing overall exceptional support. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will shine.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding streaming service subscriptions, account management, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot common streaming problems such as buffering, login errors, and device compatibility.
  • Process account changes, including plan upgrades, downgrades, and payment updates.
  • Educate customers on platform features, content libraries, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software and streaming technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously and typing proficiently.
  • Must be willing to work at UP Ayala, Quezon City.
