Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer support via voice, chat, and email for a leading streaming service provider.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and subscription troubleshooting.
- Navigate multiple software applications and internal tools to resolve technical concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share insights and improve service delivery processes.
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills or background in streaming/digital platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment with shifting schedules.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using web browsers and basic applications.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries with patience.
- Willingness to work on-site at the UP Ayala Technohub location.
