Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications for streaming service account holders
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, subscriptions, technical issues, and account features
- Document interactions and update customer information in CRM systems with precision
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Continuously update knowledge of streaming platforms and service offerings
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols for customer data protection
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience, call center background advantageous
- Excellent command of English and Filipino languages (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in computer navigation and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Positive attitude with demonstrated patience and empathy toward customers
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
