Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to users regarding streaming platform subscriptions, billing, and technical concerns.
- Troubleshoot streaming playback issues, application errors, and login difficulties.
- Educate customers on new features, content recommendations, and platform updates.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic communication.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, attendance, and resolution time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company security and privacy protocols.
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years old and a Senior High School graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and navigation skills across multiple applications.
- Experience in BPO or customer service preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
