As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers who are navigating our client's streaming services. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and billing concerns
- Troubleshoot streaming issues including playback errors, buffering, and content access problems
- Guide users through platform features, navigation, and account setup processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the database
- Meet individual KPI targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
- Stay updated on new platform features and content releases to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or college graduate
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Friendly and patient demeanor with a passion for helping customers
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Openness to working in an office-based environment in Cebu City
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required – we provide comprehensive training!
