Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and billing concerns
  • Troubleshoot streaming issues including playback errors, buffering, and content access problems
  • Guide users through platform features, navigation, and account setup processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the database
  • Meet individual KPI targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
  • Stay updated on new platform features and content releases to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or college graduate
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Friendly and patient demeanor with a passion for helping customers
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Openness to working in an office-based environment in Cebu City
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required – we provide comprehensive training!
