Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathetic communication
- Adhere to performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 6 months-1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient in basic computer troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Willingness to work full-time schedule with guaranteed weekends off
