Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat for Tech and Travel accounts.
  • Effectively troubleshoot technical issues or assist with travel bookings and itinerary management.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed monthly performance KPIs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and internal service policies.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to improve service quality and efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to Fresh Graduates and candidates with prior BPO experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for Tech accounts.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
  • Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer proficiency and navigation skills.
