Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding mobile, internet, and cable services with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to service connectivity and hardware configurations.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding billing, account status, and service interruptions.
- Educate customers on value-added services and promotions to enhance their telco experience and drive retention.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain high-performance standards in key metrics such as Quality Assurance, Average Handle Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Collaborate with technical support teams and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in College.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to provide helpful and accurate solutions.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
