Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for technical issues and assist with billing or account management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently and empathetically.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Quality Scores and Average Handling Time.
- Keep up-to-date with new product features, service plans, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve overall service delivery and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Amenable to working in a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment is a significant advantage.
- Must be residing in or willing to work on-site in Davao City.
