Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunication services with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet connectivity, billing, and plan details.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service standards.
  • Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and performance metrics set by the program.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and policy updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or Senior High School graduate with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and web browsing.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Cebu City.
