Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunication services with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet connectivity, billing, and plan details.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service standards.
- Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and performance metrics set by the program.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and policy updates.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or Senior High School graduate with relevant work experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and web browsing.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cebu City.
