Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunication services, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain high levels of service quality according to account KPIs and performance standards.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to suggest additional services that add value to the customer's plan.
  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies to ensure team success.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
